Morgan’s Barn Pirate Cyser

Pirates love mead. Pirates love rum even more than mead. So we call this our Pirate Cyser (only for personal consumption, of course).

We take a bottle of Bundaberg Single Vat Double Aged Rum and fill 1 part of an oven sanitised bottle. Then we add the other 3 parts to fill the bottle with a thick sweet cinnamon sack cyser. The cinnamon is a very strong component of that cyser.

Pirate Cyser

It’s an interesting cinnamon rum hit much like a liqueur.

So, to repeat the ingredients – a quarter bottle of rum & three quarters of a bottle of cinnamon cyser. Grab your wooden leg, cutless and your wench.
